A UNIQUE AND PLAYFUL TWIST ON HOW TO CENTER
I've studied more than 30 energy healing modalities in the last two decades and almost every one starts off with a form of "centering". It's an impactful practice that anyone can learn and experience immediately.
In this course, we will put a unique twist on centering by meeting some special characters in your brain, like your Wizard and your Guard Dog, and learning how to bring them together to work as team in your Center.
