Being grounded is all about our connection to the earth. Imagine two trees: one with deep, strong roots and one with shallow, weak roots. When a storm blows through, the tree with the strong, deep roots will fair much better.
We are similar. When our bodies and our energy are deeply grounded to the earth, we are more stable and strong when the storms of life blow through.
In this mini-course, we will learn and practice how to strengthen our grounding and how to bring earth's energy into our body, no matter where we are. It's an impactful practice that anyone can learn and experience immediately.
