"Centering" is one of those common threads that is taught in many meditation, mindfulness and energy programs, but what does it mean to be centered?
Being "centered" is about bringing your awareness to a specific part of your brain where you have access to all of the information that you need to live a life of ease, presence and peace, including your intuition.
In this course, we will put a unique twist on centering by meeting some special characters in your brain, like your Wizard and your Guard Dog, and learning how to bring them together to works as team in your Center.
Being centered can help you be more present, focus, see things more clearly, and hear your intuition.
